60ml Everleaf Marine

20ml coconut water

5ml lime juice

5ml sugar syrup

Garnishes

Lemon, Lime, Seaweed, Samphire, Olives (Nocellara)

Method

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir a little. Strain into a martini cup. Garnish with an lemon twist.
