Marine Non-Alcoholic Picante
A non-alcoholic interpretation on the classic Margarita. Everleaf Marine’s savoury umami notes are the perfect pair for this spicy serve.
Ingredients:
50ml Everleaf Marine
Pinch of coriander leaves
25ml fresh lime juice
Fresh chilli pepper
10-15ml agave nectar
Method:
Muddle a small piece of chilli in a cocktail tin. Clap your coriander and drop in. Add the rest of the ingredients, then shake and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Cut off the top end of the chilli pepper and place – stem upwards – on the drink to garnish. A great variation to this cocktail is switching Everleaf Marine for Everleaf Forest to create the perfect saffron Picante
